Defy your limits with alternating a variety of non-stop intense cardio, kickboxing and weight training to challenge your muscle strength and endurance.
Required each week one or two sets of weights (3-10+ lbs) that will challenge you and any type of exercise or yoga mat.

Sorry there are no refunds or credits and a $30 return check fee. Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions and a make-up may be scheduled but not guaranteed.
If the class is canceled on behalf of the Instructor a make up will be scheduled if schedules allow. Please consult your physician before starting this or any other exercise program. Be sure to tell the instructor in advance any health issues to be aware of.
