Michelle Jones has been a certified group exercise instructor and personal trainer since 1998. She left the corporate life to make health and fitness her career and it's the best choice she could of made. She worked for the Warren Family YMCA in Warren, Michigan before they closed their doors in April of 2009. Michelle was the Health and Fitness Coordinator, Group Exercise Instructor and headed the personal training department along with being one of the YMCA's Master Personal Trainers. She now teaches kickboxing on her own and a few other classes at local area gyms. Along with training fitness professionals as a Fitness Workshop Presenter through Sassy Workshops Michelle also certifies new and upcoming personal trainers through World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.).

Michelle holds certifications in AFAA Group Exercise, AFAA Step, AFAA KickBoxing, AFAA Personal Trainer, Turbo Kick, KickFit Kickboxing, Reebok Studio Cycling, Reebok Coreboard, Reebok Flexible Strength (Yoga), Principles of YMCA Health & Fitness, YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, Fitour Group Cycling, Drums Alive and Prenatal Exercise. She has trained with some of the fitness industry's best instructors in New York City through ECA an international Association for Fitness Professionals.

Michelle has a passion for fitness and can't get enough. She has an in-depth knowledge of personal fitness and the ability to provide the most motivating support. She finds great joy in motivating people, keeping them fit through inspiration and music all while making it FUN!

Defy your limits with alternating a variety of non-stop intense cardio, kickboxing and weight training to challenge your muscle strength and endurance, abs and core included!
Required each week one or two sets of weights (5-10+ lbs) any type of exercise or yoga mat or towel.

Ditch the workout, join the party! A combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt  the body with easy to follow dance steps. Utilizing the  principles of interval and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

Increase flexibility, balance and strength through a continual flow of yoga postures. Gain clarity of the mind and increase body awareness through movement, breath and meditation.
A yoga or sticky mat is required.

Sorry there are no refunds or credits and a $30 return check fee. Refunds will not be given due to weather conditions and a make-up may be scheduled but not guaranteed.

If the class is canceled on behalf of the Instructor a make up will be scheduled if schedules allow. Please consult your physician before starting this or any other exercise program. Be sure to tell the instructor in advance any health issues to be aware of.
